Corporate Wellbeing

Reflexology for the Workplace

More and more businesses are recognising that happy, healthy employees are at the heart of a thriving company. Whether you're planning a wellbeing week, looking for a regular on-site treatment programme, or exploring ways to support your team's stress levels, reflexology can be a genuinely meaningful addition to your workplace wellbeing offering.

I work with local employers across Wiltshire to bring reflexology into the workplace in a way that feels accessible, professional and really enjoyable for the people taking part.

What I Can Offer

Themed wellbeing workshops

Hands-on group sessions built around topics that matter to your team, such as stress management, sleep, and hormonal harmony.

Sessions are interactive, educational and leave people with practical techniques they can use every day.

On-site one to one treatments

Individual reflexology sessions for staff, which can be offered as part of a funded or part-funded employee benefit. These can be scheduled regularly or as a one-off treat during a wellbeing day or event.

Wellbeing days and retreats

I have experience as a guest practitioner at wellbeing events and retreat days, and would love to bring reflexology to yours.

Why Circle Reflexology

I recently delivered a series of wellbeing workshops for Wadworth Brewery during their wellbeing week, running three themed sessions for their team.

The feedback was wonderful and we are already exploring how to continue working together.

I am Level 3 qualified, a member of the Association of Reflexologists, and fully insured. I bring all my own equipment and can come to you.

If you'd like to explore what I could offer your team, I'd love to have a chat about what might work for you.
